When acting for sellers, we anticipate the buyers’ enquiries and obtain as much information on their behalf as we possibly can at an early stage, to ensure that there are no unnecessary delays.

 

 

Of course, not every transaction goes according to plan. Unforeseen issues may arise, but rather than simply close the transaction we will do our utmost to suggest and follow through all possible solutions.
