We provide a bespoke service, always taking account of the type of property and your own particular wishes. For example, proposals for a bus or train station close to a buy to let investment may well enhance value, but not if you are purchasing a quiet weekend retreat.
We purchase every property for our clients on the assumption that they may wish to sell it immediately, so we ensure that nothing would arise on the sale of the Property which our clients had not already carefully considered.
When acting for sellers, we anticipate the buyers’ enquiries and obtain as much information on their behalf as we possibly can at an early stage, to ensure that there are no unnecessary delays.
Of course, not every transaction goes according to plan. Unforeseen issues may arise, but rather than simply close the transaction we will do our utmost to suggest and follow through all possible solutions. In the past our clients have therefore been able to secure properties free from problems that had otherwise made them unmarketable.
